- Abstract
Over 12 thousands years before Columbus, people already voyaged beyond the horizon. Ancient people who believed “something dream” on unseen lands, made the voyage. They were “The First Pioneers”. In our ages, this is the same standpoint to approach the Space. How could we beyond the horizon? Possible solution by mutual activities among government, academies and industries will be discussed.
