    Abstract
The Next Generation Exploration Conference-2, sponsored by NASA Headquarters Exploration Systems Mission Directorate Commercial Development Policy Group and the Innovative Partnerships Program and held at the NASA Ames Research Center, gathered emerging young space leaders to design the future of their space program. Through participation across American government, industry, academic institutions, as well as significant representation from young international experts, the hundred participants gave input on the topic of Entrepreneurial Opportunities in Lunar Development. The results cover infrastructure, services, access, environment utilization, and culture opportunities and include time-phased opportunity tables, market analysis for each near-term opportunity, and selected near-term call-out ideas with further development.
