    Abstract
\begin{center}\end{center}Recent evolution on space imagery as today induced by mobility and the upcoming large scale cross-use of space imagery with GPS and map information ,is pushing new technological concepts for Earth Observation programs.
A new challenge is open with upcoming satellites systems generation can be called the "low-end" production revolution by which satellite imagery is tuned to mass market considerations while adjusting quality specifications to the best performance/cost ratio.
Among other planned programs, e-CORCE (for e-COnstellation of Recurring Observation in Cellular Environment) is pioneering new concepts never experienced in EO like psycho-visual image compression and Peer to Peer based Internet Ground segment fully targeting mass and extremely low cost production (with a motto being: 1 earth, 1meter, 1 week).
With the enormous productivity allowed by these new systems much flexibility and new yield management processes will be allowed opening new commercial applications opportunities for satellite imagery products.
The presentation will not only present the new economical paradigm there open and the change it may induce on the world satellite market, but also the move to new marketing approaches inspired from the telecom private sector (eg. no-limit imagery access or small surface prices or very low price subscriptions enabling new economical sectors or developping countries needs to be cheaply and effectively served ).
