- Abstract
The steady and continuous increase in space debris brings grave potential threats and has resulted in actual damage to the outer space environment and human activities in space, as well as to third parties on Earth’s surface. The 1972 Liability Convention has not regulated the scope and limits of compensation for damage cased by space debris and radioactivity. This author proposes a draft framework for innovation in this field on the part of the Liability Convention.
