- Abstract
With the advancing rapidly of the space technology, People’s dream for space tourism has come true. As a burgeoning industry, space tourism exist many legal issues. This paper simply introduced the spring up of space tourism, the mode of participation in space tourism, and so on. It indicated the existed problems and the aspects which need legal regulated in space tourism. These include such issues: how to bear the responsibility; the space tourist’s legal status and security safeguard; the venture of space tourism. The author is intended to design the benign state on space tourism, obtaining the ultimate balance between the interest and the public security.
