- Abstract
The paper will report the evolution and recent development of teaching and research of outer space law in China. In the first part of the paper, the author gives a picture of actual situation of teaching and research of outer space law, including the teaching of outer space law courses in different universities and at different levels; the new Institutes and Centers of space law established recently and their staff; the main topics and research projects; the publications in outer space law; the Manfred Laches Moot Court Competition in China, the international cooperation in the field of outer space law etc. In the second part, the paper discusses the problems existed in the space law teaching and research in China, and the ways to achieve further development in the future.
