- Abstract
Abstract Fifty years after Sputnik 1, the University Sergio Arboleda in Colombia, has achieved success when implementing, developing, to program picosatélite called Cubesat type Libertad 1 and to on board contract its putting into orbit the space of a Dnepr rocket from Baikonur, Kazajstán. Here the majorities of the project, the engineering specifications of the subsystems and the laboratory tests, the orbital elements appear and assigned international designations. In sum, this is a previous publication to the writing set that appeared when analyzing the data and results of technical nature, academic and political that generates east type of technological development, still more when this is the first Colombian experience of this type.
