    Abstract
This presentation covers general issues related to the development of the Evolved Launch Vehicle (ELV), which will be used at "Vostochny" launch site in order to launch new-generation crew vehicles, cargo vehicles and orbital modules to LEO; automated spacecrafts - to LEO, MEO, HEO and GSO; and exploration spacecrafts - to escape trajectories.
    Results of preliminary R&D works on ELV (1st stage - LOX-kerosene, 2nd stage - LOX-LH) are presented.
With current state of R&D works and production capabilities the inaugural flight can be done on 2015, and first crew vehicle flight - on 2018.
