    Abstract
In the space launch process, the launch vehicle engine exhaust gas temperature high-speed jet formation on the surrounding environment has a serious knock-on effects of thermal shock and power, known as launch environmental effects. More emphasis on the international launch vehicle itself and the spacecraft inside the fairing of the launch of environmental effects of the study, while the support system for the launch of ground-launched as a result of environmental effects generated by pairs of arrows coupled launch vehicle and spacecraft study of environmental effects of the relative less, these effects will seriously affect the ground-launched support system design, operation and maintenance and service life, and even affect the safety and reliability of spacecraft launches, affect the entire space launch mission success or failure.

This paper presents a set of environmental effects of space launch safety analysis measurement and evaluation methods. The use of computer simulation technology, the establishment of a large-scale ground-fired rocket launch support system numerical model of environmental effects on the rocket engine gas jet flow and the impact of the free flow field study on the pressure field, temperature field, noise field, vibration flow field parameters such as quantitative analysis, combined with the security towers and tower facilities and equipment vulnerability analysis, flow control parameters of the distribution of the rocket and its knock-on effects of incentives, formation mechanism and hazards; using dynamic measurement technology to solve the environmental effects of flow field emission high-speed dynamic measurements of the measuring point distribution, system installation and security protection, dynamic real-time data acquisition and processing problems; established a ground-launched support system security assessment framework, developed a security risk analysis and evaluation of indicators for grade, was constructed to quantify environmental safety of the launch of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on this, the domestic use of different structure types and different stages of the launch tower launch environmental effects of quantitative measurement and launch safety analysis and evaluation.
