    Abstract
Space science exploration is an essential contrivance for inspiring youngsters to take part in space related activities, invigorating the human development, and for providing solutions to local as well as global problems. But this has not yet fulfilled the gap between benefits that have been achieved and could have been achieved from space science exploration. This gap will fulfill only when the walls between developed and developing countries are broken down, and ensuring that young people learn more about space science. Hence all the national/ international, governmental/ non-governmental organizations should put emphasis on how the advantages of space technology and outer space exploration can be made available even to developing nations. There the youths are only theoretically qualified and bear potentiality of doing something in the field of Astronomy and space science but no opportunities are available. Eventhough, many energetic graduates and undergraduates are contributing in space science education either individually or in collaboration with other local organizations. Opportunities should be given to such youngsters. The things that undergraduates and graduates are doing in my country in the field of space science will be explained including what has to be done still. Even small role of international communities/ organizations help a lot in developing skill and knowledge of graduates and undergraduates in space science for global implementation of benefits achieved from space exploration. The things (simple to advanced) that these international communities can do to mobilize youths to succeed space related programs in underdeveloped and developing countries will be explained. In my country, some post-graduates get chance of doing dissertation in astrophysics and space science annually. Their ideas, way of doing and findings will be explained indicating our achievements from small infrastructures. The course of astrophysics for post-graduates has just been introduced from this year. The course system with the ways of inclusion of space related topics in it will be discussed. There are also some private organizations involving those graduates that are contributing in space and astronomical awareness. Their introduction and things they have done hitherto will also be explained including the role of media in motivating and enhancing astronomy and space science in a developing country. Other programs conducted by mass media, like talks, seminars and their effectiveness in general public will be discussed in detail including the ways in which benefits of space exploration can be achieved globally with the help of graduates and undergraduates.
