Abstract

As the increasing trend of global climate becoming to warming, the intensity, frequency and infection of extreme climate disaster have been added. As the only living space of human being, the earth is facing the austere challenge. With the characters of lower emission and lower pollution, the low-carbon economy is considered as the main approach to deal with the global climate warming issue, which has been identified with by the whole world. The core issues of the low-carbon economy is the low-carbon technological innovation, especially in the after-crisis age now, a new round technology and industry revolution which core as the low-carbon technology, is becoming the important strategic choice for the world countries to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and to speed up economic recovery. 

In recent years, as the national strategic industry, the space industry, that has been stand the cutting edge on the global warming issue solution, must be the important engine for rapid the low-carbon technology in the near future. Therefore, this paper will expound systematically on the method and experiences of which the world countries government has applied on analyzing of climate warming, accelerating innovation in low-carbon technologies, establishing and improving the environmental disaster warning system by using the space technology and products. And the paper will also analyze deeply the important role on which the space technologies and products send out on space environment monitoring, efficiency of energy use improving, greenhouse gas emissions and new development and use of the clean energy, such as solar energy, wind energy. And will highlight that with the rapid development of China's space technology, China government has carried out a series of useful explorations and attempts on applying the space technology and product to promote low-carbon technology innovation and in dealing with the global warming issue in the satellite communications, satellite remote sensing and satellite navigation fields and so on.

On this basis, this paper will elaborate further that it is very important and necessary to carry out extensive international cooperation. And the same time, the related policy proposals will be put forward that how the world governments apply the space high technology advantages to jointly cope with global warming through establishing an international cooperation organization to strengthen cooperation in space exploration, jointing development of space technologies and products in such areas, and so on.
