- Abstract
In 2012 start of the Ukrainian communication satellite «Libid» is supposed. At the same time, Ukraine searches for ways of participation in European navigating system "Galileo" and navigating system EGNOS already placed in operation. Use of the Ukrainian communication satellite for relaying of signals of the land high-precision standard of frequency will allow Ukraine not only to become participant EGNOS, but also to solve following problems: -Provide a triple covering with navigating signal EGNOS of all territory of Ukraine; -Create system of uniform time in all territory of Ukraine; -To solve a problem of measurement of parametres of a gravitational field of the Earth everywhere where reception of navigating signals is provided. Measurement of parametres of a gravitational field of the Earth by a radio physical method will allow to solve a number of the important problems, in particular, forecasting of earthquakes, search of minerals and another. The radio physical method is intellectual property SDO” Yuzhnoye “and consists in measurement of relativistic gravitational displacement of frequency of an electromagnetic signal.
