- Abstract
Variable emissivity devices based on MEMS technologies with their small volume; light weight and low power consumption quite meet the requirement of micro satellites thermal control. In this paper, a micro louvers and a thermal switch radiator were introduced. Their basic principles were presented; structures were designed and analyzed theoretically. Finally, two prototypes were fabricated and tested.
