    Abstract
    For the lot production of chambers or the multi-bowls chamber, loading response is determined by loading, material as well as their dispersion.
      Limited-scale sampling on multi-level and multi-factor is executed based on orthogonal design, and batch process for the same structure with different structural parameter is done in the guidance of data controller coded by Matlab, which could deploy the FEM analyzing software ABAQUS(V6.8) and a special cluster of Python programs. To verify the influence that is caused by dispersion of grain parameters, strain analysis of key points are expanded with the help of ANN technology and then the analysis on rule of influence is exercisable. Basing a reported model and the original data, this paper shows the forementioned method’s advantages: 1) it does not need the mass samples on original data and the succedent large-scale FEM analysis, 2) the volume of samples for investigation on structural parameter sensitivity is larger than conventional methods and then the analysis is more reliable.
