    Abstract
    This paper presents the latest developments in the Lynx Suborbital Spaceplane program at XCOR, the market development aspects of the business surrounding the Lynx, and critical issues being addressed on legal and regulatory fronts.  The development status is presented including updates on propulsion, aerodynamics, avionics, life support, fuel, and structures.  Market development activities are summarized including sales channel development over retail and payload markets, wet leasing of Lynx vehicles on a global basis, payload integration and sales channel development updates. Also relevant market sizing data and estimates for he suborbotial markets Lynx addresses wil be provided.  Finally, the legal and regulatory framework and Lynx's development status within these frameworks, including export control, will be reviewed. The overall intent of the presentation is to provide an up to the minute status report of Lynx development.
