- Abstract
The members of the Japan Space Elevator Association (JSEA) started developing a draft version of the Space Elevator Road Map from 2010. Based on this discussion, Space Elevator system requirement will be discussed. Then key issues or core technologies which should be resolved or developed to accomplish Space Elevator system requirements. In this road map, several approaches to challenge for these issues or technologies from around the world are mapped in the Space Elevator Core Technologies/issues Matrix table which is a part of Roadmap.
