    Abstract
    With the rapid development of space technology, people’s dream for space tourism has come true. But there are many legal issues in space tourism, a burgeoning industry.
    This paper simply introduced the origination of space tourism, the mode of participation in space tourism, and so on. It indicated the existed problems and the aspects which need legal regulated in space tourism, including such issues: how to bear the responsibility; the space tourist’s legal status and security safeguard; the venture of space tourism. The authors are inclined to design the benign state on space tourism, in order to obtain the primary balance between the interest and the public security.
