- Abstract
The environmental factor is considered as one of the international concerns at present. We can see recently many large scale environmental destruction cases in various places all over the world. The environment factor is also connected with the security concept especially after the Cold War era. Large environmental destructions sometimes make related countries confusion and might influence the surrounding countries and area. Such unstable situation cannot be accepted in the region from the security perspective. In this article, the author will analyze the present environmental circumstances in Asian region and possible utilization of some space assets for protecting environment. And then the applicability of one existing international cooperation scheme will be examined to regional environmental preservation and sustainment.
