- Abstract
Chang’e-2 Satellite is the second lunar exploration satellite of China， which is considered as the forerunner satellite of Lunar Exploration Programm Second Phases to aviating test. This paper has described the task goal of Chang’e-2 Satellite, introduces six aspect of technical characteristic and solving measure on orbit design, high precision X wave band deep space responder beacon, and so on, then sketched the developing course and engineering management characteristic, narrated the technical assessment of Chang’e-2 Satellite finally.
