Abstract

The concept of H-X as the next flagship launch system of Japan is presented. The goals of H-X is to realize autonomous sustainability with higher reliability which enables
manned spaceflight, affordability.
The vehicle configuration candidates for H-X in discussion and the risk mitigation activity of technology to meet the needs of H-X is presented.
