- Abstract
The space elevator is a construction from the earth reaching into outer space. We, human beings, have developed the law of the sea, of the sky, and finally of the outer space in our history. As a result, for the space elevator, it is not enough to discuss only with the relationship to the law of the outer space. In order to discuss the total legal issues of the space elevator, it is necessary to clarify the relationship to the three-dimensional laws already exist; the Law of the Outer Space, the Law of the Sea and the Law of the sky. This Paper is aimed to discuss about those three-dimensional Laws comprehensively.
