- Abstract
This paper seeks to consider issues with respect to coopoerative space endeavours; such as jurisdiction, the status of astronauts and liability as arising from the space treaties, in particular an assessment of these with respect to the ISS Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) and various Memoranda of Understanding. THis paper also seeks to investigate the issues surrounding private access to space and the monopolistic potential in contradiction to the OST.
