    Abstract
It’s very difficult for us to control the growth of microbes(such as moulds)on the surfaces of equipments in the International Space Station cabin ,which can not only threaten astronauts’ health ,but also directly affect equipment operation. The problem has not been solved totally so far. The microbial level of gas which is supplied by the ground gas supporting systems will directly influence the microbe controlling in the Space Station. Combining the system characteristics of high-pressure nitrogen, helium and air which are used by the Space Station, technical approaches for microbe detecting and controlling in the gas supporting for the Space Station will be discussed by adopting studies on civil and industrial techniques, such as microbe detecting and bio-clean room techniques in hospital, and microbe controlling technique in food industry.
