    Abstract
Along the years Astrium has developed a coherent and consistent portfolio of Export System solutions that demonstrate outstanding in-orbit performances and reliability. Thanks to that, Astrium is still the World leader in exporting Earth Observation Systems.
Nevertheless customers are more and more demanding and competition more and more aggressive, pushing Astrium to continuously innovate and improve its portfolio to remain on top of the scene.
From space segment point of view, Astrium portfolio relies on NAOMI instrument product line that offers affordable, very compact and very high quality optical solutions thanks to Silicon Carbide technology allied to an efficient detection chain, and on the other side on flight proven and reliable avionics elements.
One of the assets of Astrium is its capability in building bridging between institutional programmes and commercial export system allowing now Astrium to commit on 10 years of designed lifetime for new medium size export systems as for Spot6/7.
Bridges are also there on ground segments dedicated to both command/control of the satellite and images processing and exploitation. From this point of view, the proposed solutions are as well of very high standard, utilizing bricks assembled and operated on the reference Spot6/7 ground segment.
The Astrium export portfolio and its in orbit tracklog, is clearly oriented on the best quality at affordable price.
The Astrium offer is organized around 4 product lines offering for each, very high standard solutions from new comers needs, up to highly demanding system offering largely submetric performances.
