    Abstract
    The structural characteristics of 18QNY1G20 style single pressure vessel(SPV) hydrogen-nickel battery is introduced in the paper, the test techniques and test results of the battery is systematically analyzed in the paper. The test results shows that the specific energy of the battery reached 47.35Wh/kg. The middle voltage of the single cell reached 1.320 V at 10 A(0.5 C)and 10℃;The discharge time of the battery was 25min at 40 A(2 C), owned the ability of discharge at 40 A;The charge retention ratio was 74.24% at 0.5 C after being stored for 3 days;The discharge capacity at -20℃ and 30℃ retained 97.9% and 78.3% of that at Room Temperature , respectively. The least measurable leakage of the battery is 3.5×10-8 Pa•m3/s. High strength cycle performance of the battery assembly (70%DOD)reached 3952times. The battery can completely meet all requirements of the detailed standard of 18QNY1G20 style SPV hydrogen-nickel battery, and the battery has such characteristics as high reliability and good durability and so on.
