    Abstract
Alcantara Cyclone Space (ACS) is a Ukraine-Brazil joint venture that is currently building a launch site in Alcantara, Brazil for launching the Ukrainian Cyclone-4 Launch Vehicle. Cyclone-4 is a follow-up of a very successful Cyclone launch vehicle family series, with over 200 successful launches to date. It is capable of carrying up to 5600 kg into LEO and 1600 kg into GTO, with a large 4 meter wide payload fairing. With the Cyclone-4, ACS is offering a combination of high reliability heritage and a very competitive launch price. Due to its low launch service price and ability to launch multiple satellites into LEO, Cyclone-4 is an important instrument for affordable access to space for different types of payloads, from nanosats to big LEO satellites.
