- Abstract
The chiplization of RF/Microwave circuits and system is a development tendency of technique, which can effectively reduce volume and cost of the system, lessen the complexity of the assembly and adjustion, enhance the reliability of the system. This paper introduces characteristic and current situation of the RF/Microwave chip for specific use, and also forecasts the great future from the technique development tendency.
