    Abstract
The establishment of Satellite Knowledge Base has a strategic, long-term guidance and overall importance. How satellites can be generated for each stage of a mission of information and data management, standardized saved, as well as to achieve fast and accurate retrieval become an important part of the knowledge base management, it's taken more seriously in recent years. This article is based on Lucene technology to establish a knowledge base and retrieval model, select a effectual text classification, which is SVM classification algorithm, designed and implemented a field-based topic classifier, using semantic retrieval technology into the Satellite Knowledge Base for the search engine semantic extension and theorize, the field-oriented and intelligent search engine model is shown, advanced the topic search engine recall, precision and semantic understanding, bring satellites knowledge base into effective storaged and accurate retrievalled.
