    Abstract
The development of space technologies has brought successive miracles to our life. These years, we can see the groups of aerospace engineers have been proliferated by increased young people. In the future, we have no doubt about that young people will be our strong backbone of spatial construction. Therefore, the primary space education has become crucial as a part of national education.
Under this situation, in support of the Space-Science Workshop at a local Beijing Elementary School, we have executed the "To Lighten the Dream of Outer Space For Juvenile" program. This initiative, co-founded and sponsored by NGO and the Science&Education Committee of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC), has grown to more than 300 members and volunteers in less than three years, organizing and conducting over 100 lectures on topics of space science, life of astronauts, planetary exploration, etc. The lectures, also known as the 2-hour "tea party", has provided the pupil knowledges of the outer space, creating little enthusiasts of astronomy and space exploration, many of our children' eyes have been lighten up.
At present, the success of this program has boosted its reputation in the community as well as other related space organizations. Believing that primary space education is important for our next generation, seeking collaboration opportunities across the government, space enterprises and organizations to strengthen this kind of program is significant. In this paper, we will provide our methodology in executing this primary space education program, including inspiration, funding, lecturing method, curriculum, future plan and so on so forth.
