    Abstract
Most of the industrial centers in space emerging countries, from small to large one, usually encounter some problems with novice human resources enrolled out of newly graduated students. This makes these centers to undergo expenses for education, where the effectiveness is not guaranteed. This paper is about a method used in a research institute with projects ended in operational products for educating engineers from different disciplines to make them ready to be involved these projects. The method is a very low cost and effective as engineers will experience the whole phases of a project from design to operation. Educators will design a simple and operational system with a mission close to the real missions in running projects. This is a chance to accustom to the difficulties and problems which they may face during the main projects. It can be assumed as a simulation of working in the real environment. This article is going to explain the conditions at which low cost simulating projects are defined and introduces one of them and the implementation process as case study. It is followed by some results on using this method and some recommendations on applying it to other centers with the similar states in conclusion.
