    Abstract
Space utilization is not only for scientists but for all civil people.
Space mission will have to be lower threshold from the point of view of the general public.
For general public especially children, space is a vein of the dreams. Professionals have to make opportunities for civil people to join real space missions and support them to find their own gemstones of dreams.
One of the ultimate goals of space mission is to involve the earthling beyond the national boundary.
This paper shows actual results of civil space utilization using International Space Station. Participants could feel flying to space, looking down the Earth and recognizing it is one world, one planet, and no boundary.
