- Abstract
As human being came to the time of space, many countries, especially big countries, of the world dived into development of aerospace technology with huge energy. Space exploration also bring us more and more interests. However, space exploration demand advanced technology and great economic strength, that no country can accomplish continuable exploration independently. As a result, international cooperation become inevitable. In cooperation, the following aspects are restrict factors: difference between culture, history and value system, political and economic structure, power, interest, identity, international environment cooperation mechanism and so on. In space history, competition and cooperation are always exist because of the instability of international situation. To cooperate with each other well, countries all over the world should make great effort to constitute the same object and identity system, to build a harmonious mechanism that can maintain interest of all countries, improve international cooperation and maintain space order, to enhance space strength of every country, to create good international cooperation environment and to play the role of United Nation in international space cooperation.
