    Abstract
    This paper will discuss a strategy for building future of space exploration based on today’s planning of exchange programs for international students and young professionals. The discussion will begin from an overview of the existing program initiated by the Bauman Technical State University in Moscow more than 20 years ago. The paper will continue with description of program’s recent expansion developments, which included USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Belgium and other countries permanent participation and will proceed to proposing a strategy for program’s farther growth. Goals of the program in its current form include:
    \begin{itemize}\item Create strong bonds between future space industry and science professionals;\end{itemize}

    \begin{itemize}\item Break created by previous generations’ misinterpretations and bias; \end{itemize}

    \begin{itemize}\item Facilitate cooperative work; \end{itemize}

    \begin{itemize}\item Build foundation for other cooperative ventures for program participants.\end{itemize}

    Participation in the program in addition to fundamental skills that students receive from typical education programs offers the following: practical use of theoretical knowledge, creative approach, collaboration within and between groups, and cultural and behavioral experience.

    The paper will also discuss benefits and difficulties that the program faces now and suggest possible ways how to overcome those problems. Both Russian and American perspectives on further development will be analyzed and conclusions will propose next steps in building future international cooperation maximally avoiding political influences in attempt to achieve societal recognition and support.
