- Abstract
Today, a large number of satellite data used in our life, for example, the mobile phone with satellite positioning function. But it can be used to track other person’s location and gain in their daily life information. The article will analyze the Chinese courts for the trial of use satellite date and privacy protection. For these cases, we can learn the point of view of Chinese judge. Comparison with other judges of the country's perspective at the same time.
