SpaceX is working in partnership with NASA under the Commercial Crew Program to develop the capability to safely provide human space transportation systems with full NASA certification to be completed by 2017. SpaceX is developing our Crew Vehicle which consists of the Dragon Spacecraft and Falcon 9 launch vehicle. This paper provides a technical overview of both of these vehicles as well as an outline of the related ground systems including production, test and launch operations plus a summary of the concept of operations of the entire crew system. Finally, this paper covers plans for both NASA and non-NASA missions.
