    Abstract
Sufficient experience of long-term missions aboard orbital stations has been obtained to date. The degree of habitability of the orbital stations has been increasing for 40 years and it currently approximates to 100% on the International Space Station. Highly stable performance of manned missions has been achieved on the ISS. Proper preparation for a one-year spaceflight on the ISS will allow to work out a list of tests and facilities in the interests of future deep-space missions. They are already being discussed in multilateral meetings. The experience of missions aboard the orbital manned spacecraft has shown that the main tasks of studying the autonomous activity for the implementation of deep-space missions are: getting out of off-nominal situations, planning the program of operations aboard the station, medical support and mutual help, work-rest schedule, nutritional system, EVA in an extremely long-term mission, psychological support of a crew in an extremely long-term mission. The main tasks assigned to cosmonauts when performing long-term missions are also considered in the report.
