    Abstract
Cyclone-4 is a follow-up of a highly-reliable launch vehicle family called Cyclone, with over 200 successful launches to date. Cyclone-4 was designed with small satellite launches in mind: it features a 9.5-meter long and 4-meter wide payload fairing and a multiple-ignition upper stage allowing simultaneous launch of various satellites (both as primary and secondary payloads) into different orbits. Coupled with the LEO payload capability of over 5 tons and GTO of almost 2 tons, Cyclone-4 is able to provide very cost-effective access to space per satellite for spacecraft of any size.
