    Abstract
At present Russian Federation is working on construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome, with the first launch scheduled for implementation in 2015.
Vostochny cosmodrome is connected with the solution of important problems for Russian Federation in the field of exploration and use of outer space. Implementation of advanced space programs require at Vostochny providing launches rockets from light to super heavy classes.
However, the effectiveness of the cosmodrome to solve tasks conferred on it depends not only on the hardware itself , but also on the proper organization of their operation.
Operation at the Vostochny space technology will be implemented as part of its operating system, which is a subsystem of the spaceport management in general.
An important role in creating the Vostochny Cosmodrome concept development plays its operating system.
The article and the report will cover basic concepts that determine development and establishment of the operation system of the Vostochny Cosmodrome, its main goals and objectives in space activities of Russian Federation.
Presents main factors, principles, approaches and steps for creating a operation system of the Vostochny cosmodrome in view of its disposition and experience of the organization operating at Russian Federation spaceports.
