    Abstract
Today, space systems are vital to enhancing, for example, our national security, foreign policy, and global economic interests, as well as expanding scientific knowledge. Yet space is becoming increasingly contested – meaning, space systems and their supporting infrastructure confront a range of natural and man-made threats that could potentially deny, degrade, deceive, disrupt, or destroy them. As more nations and non-state actors develop counter-space capabilities over the next decade, threats to global powers and other nations' space systems will increase. In the Present paper we will discuss as what do we mean by Space Security. How does the Private Industry will help to curb this Issue. What are the problem which we will face if the proper Space security has not been maintained, if the State laws create a conflict at International Level then what policies needs to be incorporated for the interest of both the same can be supported by the case analysis. States have considered
development of anti-satellite weapons (ASATs) and ASAT tests have been conducted by the Soviet Union, the United States, and China. Because all space systems, whether civil or military, are subject to the threat of damage from orbital debris, States need to consider what international norms, laws, and agreements may be needed to protect all space systems. The legal issue considering the Approaches for accommodating tax policies, Intellectual Property protections, legal implications for exploiting in-space
resources such as In-Situ Utilization on the Moon and Mars or asteroid mining, within the context of existing Space Treaties and possible new legal instruments.

Thus, the Present paper will discuss the legality of the various policies and treaties which are already in existence for the Space Security and how those policies can be improved as well as new policy to be made for avoiding state conflict as well as international conflict so that we can have better sustainable future.
