    Abstract
To deliver payloads to Geosynchronous Orbit (GEO) and beyond, the main purpose of the Space Elevator, Climbers must be operated on the ascending and descending tethers. This paper will describe the activities of the Climber as managed from the Climber Operations Center in the Headquarters and Primary Operations Center. It will cover the life of a Climber from its delivery to the Base Support Station, to the Marine Node, from there to the GEO Node and back. The paper will delve deeper in the operational aspects of Climber Operations that were introduced in the 2012 Quick Look presentation.
