- Abstract
Knowledge base as the change information exchange system is one of the important ways of modern science, become a hot issue in research of space. Just like user information is getting to real-time, better educated, individualized and the characteristics of integration, the application of knowledge management challenges are put forward. Because knowledge management is not a specific method to support, makes the knowledge management improving knowledge worker productivity is only as a concept in the spread. Therefore, the establishment of ontology model of knowledge management and software tools to become the primary research task. This paper proposes a model of knowledge management based on ontology, hopes to use the knowledge unit instead of the traditional text unit, with knowledge as knowledge representation and retrieval units, as well as the basic unit of knowledge discovery. After excavated knowledge unit, recycle the ontology in semantic web technology, establishing knowledge ontology, and semantic integration knowledge element. Through the semantic integration, a concept of ontology in the field of implicit relationship, expressed as a semantic logic relations of knowledge chain, thus new knowledge reasoning, achieve the goal of effective knowledge management.
