- Abstract
Investment dimension and association of the aerospace industry is immense, aerospace industry has an important impact in development strategy and economy development of a country. Development of aerospace industry is a crucial measure to enhance the economic strength, the scientific and technological strength, the national defense strength, and the nation cohesion. At the same time, innovation has become a major driving force for the social and economic development, and knowledge innovation has become a core element of a country’s competition capability. To take initiative position in the international competition, most of the aerospace countries attach great importance to scientific and technological innovation, and regard the achieve of the development by innovation as a strategic choice. The first part of this paper will analyze the definition of innovation and the importance of innovation strategy for aerospace companies . To promote the development of the aerospace industry, innovation is the core. The second part will discuss the development actuality and the existing problems of innovation of Chinese aerospace companies, different ways for aerospace industry innovation. Summarize the historical practice of China's space development, we found that the most prominent is the innovation. Through generations of hard work, China's space has established a complete package of aerospace launch vehicles, satellites, spacecraft and other spacecraft research, design, testing and production systems, mastered a variety of launch vehicle technology, the formation of different tracks, many different types of applications satellites, and achieved a historic breakthrough in manned space flight.The last part will focalize on the actuality and development experience of Chinese aerospace companies, The development trend of China's aerospace industry innovation model, and make some policy recommendations for the paths to build innovation capability and the future development for aerospace companies.
