    Abstract
    The paper discusses the actual status of the Space Activities of Russia 2013-2020 State Program, a key document defining the national space activities. In April 2014, the Russian Government had adopted the renewed version of the State Program that addresses the additional requirements from the government offices in charge for different fields of the national economy and public sector. The effort of development the new version of the Program includes following improvements:
    
          - Correction of efficiency measurement methodology and refreshing of the program indicators for both State Program itself and the smaller Federal programs being integrated parts of the State Program;
    
          - Introduction of the additional tasks to be fulfilled under the Program;
    
          - Providing for the coherency between the Space Activities of Russia 2013-2020 and other State Programs;
    
          - Additional risks estimation as applied to the State Program in the current economic and political circumstances; 
    
          - Vostochny Launch Center deployment plans and funding adjustment;
    
          - General funding adjustment according to the actual federal budget realities.
    
          According to the legal status of the State Programs as a resource planning tool, Roscosmos uses the Space Activities of Russia 2013-2020 State Program to coordinate resources assigned for government-funded space activities as well as the projects in space research and space applications.
