    Abstract
    JAXA introduces Emergency Communications Experiments conducted jointly with disaster prevention agencies using the Wideband InterNetworking engineering test and Demonstration Satellite(WINDS,“KIZUNA”). JAXA reports the result of high speed internet and video conference experiments using portable antennas which are advantages of the "KIZUNA", as well as the research contents of future communications satellites based on such results.
