- Abstract
Today in the world the big nomenclature of the one-type launch vehicles (LV) is used, a large number of objects of ground space infrastructure (GSI) is created for launching of these LV. Having such amount of objects of GSI there is a problem of accepting of the rational decisions at management of life-cycle of these objects. Acceptance of any of administrative decisions leads to change of costs of operation of GSI and has long-term character. Therefore it is necessary to use an objective indicator which assessment of value will allow to make the weighed decision on management of life-cycle of objects GSI. Occupancy of objects can become such indicator. Occupancy is understood as the relation of the days taken with preparation by LV or its components on object GSI, and also maintenance of objects of GSI and their repair to number of days in a year. The main problems of management of life-cycle of one-type launch vehicles, and also the relative indicators characterizing occupancy will be presented in article.
