    Abstract
    Access to information is the key for informed decision-making and investing. In the information society power belongs to ones who can act in a timely manner on accurate information. The most critical challenges of our planet, those of water, energy and limited natural resources need action today. The investment horizon over 25 years, and more, need global strategies and programs with experts and public at large. This paper outlines an alternative roadmap to drawing attention to most complex and risky disruptive technologies, such as SSP Space Solar Power, Space Elevator and space mineral resources concepts. The study applies tools and methods of Real Options Theory, Delphi studies and Behavioral Economics. Collaboration with investors, space sector and non-space sector experts is proposed under leadership of the IAA International Academy of Astronautics Think Tank.
