    Abstract
The platform is opening the universe to thousands of students and teachers, using a dedicated web site contains huge amount of hands on astronomical activities.
The program was created in order to establish a strategic planning mechanism for astronomy. It covers the entire astronomical domain, from the Sun and Solar System to the limits of the observable Universe, and from radio astronomy to gamma-rays and particles.
The program is also offering web based lessons that involve computing, outreach, training and recruitment of the vital human resources. And, importantly, aims to engage all astronomical communities on the global level.
NASA identified space science education as a method for engaging students in the pursuit of STEM careers, with astronauts seen as role models for students of all ages. They recognized that career choices would be built on experiences that could only happen if students became aware of the programs available and engaged in explorations, either real or virtual.
The programs were designed to motivate youth to want to become astronauts and/or assist in solving the challenges in transporting and supporting humans in space and creating products for the next generation of scientists and engineers.
During the lecture we will discuss innovative methods to discover the universe into the classroom, using the platform.
We will also discuss how to develop the next generation of researchers, using hands on activities and astronomical data mining.
We will present how to engage students, teachers and the general public toward space studies.
