    Abstract
Along with the success of Shenzhou and Chang’E satellite, Chinese space industry is flourishing. More and more universities, academes and even some personal companies are now producing or doing research about spacecrafts and artificial satellites. Most of these organizations can give some new point for the development of space industry; on the other hand, they can also increase the productivity obviously. However, lots of things of them are not suitable for Aerospace production, such as quality management, project management and so on. All of these make a high risk to the quality and plan of products. As one of the most important company of producing small satellites, we pay much attention to the education for new company who join in space industry. Delicacy Risk Management is one of the most important education subjects.
