    Abstract
Space increasingly impacts society and the world’s economy as more and more terrestrial activities are powered by observation, navigation and exploration. Revenue generation of the technology transfer and entrepreneurship activities is becoming a cornerstone of the growing interest for the space sector. The results achieved through the different programmes from the main Space players are exponentially attracting private and public investment.

The main Space public stakeholders of Europe, USA, Russia and Israel together with the space industry develops a wealth of space solutions in all technology domains, which are made available to the public through its Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer programmes. In order to boost the competitiveness of the industry and strengthen the Space Economy, ESA Technology Transfer Programme, NASA Ames Research Center, Skolkovo Foundation and the Israeli Ministry of Economy are developing particular strategies to raise awareness and facilitate the access to their space programmes, promote the adoption of Space Solutions and offer successful entrepreneurial programmes. Each of the organizations is proposing different approaches (prizes, funding, technical support, licenses,...) to the challenge of increasing impact of space investment on the economic growth and job creation. An analysis of the tools ESA, NASA, Skolkovo Foundation and the Israeli Ministry of Economy are using is presented and an evaluation of the impact of each of them is exposed.
