- Abstract
SETI Institute astronomer Seth Shostak was quoted as saying in 2011 that “If this experiment has merit, it’s going to succeed within two or three decades. If it doesn’t, then there’s something fundamentally wrong with our assumptions.” So considering all the ways we are transmitting the information there must be a strong reason we are unable to find the success. All the transmission ways are studied and fundemental faults are noted down and better way is proposed which can increase the probability of success, this is the main objective of the paper. There is a strong need to change the approach and adopt a better startegy.Till now our approach is single dimensional and hence we need to improve and adopt new methods as this is highly based on trial and error method and our probability is very low.
